You can return a product to us within 14 days after purchase.
The CUSTOMER must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Except for exceptions: If it is an error on our part (wrong item sent, etc.) or if the product is defective, in these cases it is free.
Simply contact after-sales service via the "Contact" page or from your order in your account, we will send you a return slip to print and our delivery method will come to you.
- Guarantees:
Each brand has different guarantees. Simply contact after-sales service via the "Contact" page or by email (info.dissidencescootershop@gmail.com) with a photo, and we will liaise with the brand to find out if your case is accepted.
Anything that is consumable will not be guaranteed for long, and as a general rule large parts are changed within 3 to 6 months if it is broken.
You have to take into account that it is a sport which involves risks, breaking equipment is part of the game, however manufacturing defects do exist and in this case we will send you the same part (if available), equivalent or refund / credit.
